You probably think it's weird to have a smoothie in a bowl, right? But I'm telling you, it's the best creation ever!
Makes: 1 bowl
2/3 cup milk
1 frozen banana
4 tbs vanilla yoghurt (low fat, no added sugar)
2 tbs cocoa powder
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (or extra tbs of cocoa)
1 tbs chia seeds (optional)
1 tbs LSA (optional)
natural cashew nuts
honey roasted muesli (or any muesli of your choice)
1. Blend all smoothie ingredients into a blender, until a thick, icy consistency
2. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with strawberries, cashews and muesli.
3. Enjoy with a spoon!
